Hyrox Similation

Get ready, Austin Fitness Community—Onnit Gym is bringing the heat with a full HYROX Race Simulation! Whether you’re going solo or teaming up with a partner, it’s time to put your HYROX race fitness to the test. You’ll tackle 75% of the race—6 stations and 6 runs. Are you up for it?

HOW TO SIGN UP:

EVERY ATHLETE (including both partners) must sign up in TWO places:

  1. BOOK CLASS ENTRY: book the Feb 15 HYROX class either on the ONNIT Gym app, or at www.onnitgym.com/small-group-training  (all athletes, including both doubles partners, must book here!)
    1. Members: $25**
    2. Non-members: $50**
  2. RESERVE YOUR HEAT TIME:
    1. Reserve on https://www.movemint.cc/events/onnit_gym_hyrox_race_feb_2025
    2. If you do not reserve a heat time, you will be forced to wait until the end of the day to start. Both partners need to reserve their heat time and list their partner.

**This price includes day-pass access to sauna, cold plunge, reservation management on Movemint, and recovery area including Normatec boots and Inbody scans

SCHEDULE:

8:00am - Show up, jog the running lap, and warm up!

8:15am - Walk-through the course

8:30am - first heat starts!

8:30am - 11:00am - heats go every 8 minutes

11:00am - pizza party begins and elite heat starts their race!

Steel Mace and Steel Club Workshop by Summer Huntington & Mark Wildman

Summer Huntington & Mark Wildman lead a jam-packed strength & mobility seminar, with 15+ years of experience in clubs swinging. Mark will be coaching & refining Club inside circles, outside circles, mills, 360s, pendulums, gamma casts and heavy club swinging tactics. Summer will compliment each Club Module with a Steel Mace Vinyasa module that focuses on range, dynamic mobility and footwork. Expect to learn new skills quickly. Expect to gain new skills, and a solid perspective on how to maximize use of these tools.

This is NOT a Certification Course, but an immersive workshop for skill development.

Open to General Public & Non Trainers too!

Recommended Prep: 10-15lb+ Club for women, 15-20lb Club for men and 7lb & 10lb Steel Mace for both.

*Note: All sales are final, we understand that life comes up but we do not do cash refunds if you cancel or no show. We offer Flow Shala & Wildman Athletica credit on a case by case basis, so please prepare all lodging, airfare and travel accordingly.

OG SWEAT FEST

Mark your calendar for this action-packed day featuring a variety of classes and workshops led by our elite Onnit Gym Trainers. All are welcome to sweat, learn, and transform with us!

On top of workouts we'll have stations set up for our Feats of Strength where 1 male and female winner for each event will be entered into a raffle for a variety of some amazing customized equipment created by artists at the gym and complementary memberships.

We'll have a variety of food, drink and apparel vendors on site as well as a food truck on site to offer FREE meals for everyone from 11-1:30 or so.
