WeckMethod Rotational Movement Training

The Rotational Movement Training® Instructor Course is a Live Certification Event, approximately 6-8 hours in length, which takes you through the proprietary method's and training principles behind the WeckMethod. Within this course we also explore these principles while mastering the progressions, exercises, and drills with ProPulse® Speed Trainers, WeckMethod Resistance Bands, and RMT® Ropes. Equipment is included as part of the course unless noted otherwise.

WeckMethod Course

The WeckMethod Qualification Course (WMQ) is a 2 Day In Person Intensive that will further your understanding and application of the Weckmethod Concepts and Principles.

We will heavily pursue Rotational Strength, Power, and Fluidity Training using the RMT® Club as a primary tool in navigating movement expression and the near endless possibilities of carry over to other tools including hand weight like dumbbells and kettlebells.

We will deepen your understanding of the Torsional Principles of Internal and External using the Bosu® Elite as the perfect compliment in implementing these concepts effortlessly into your own or your clientele movement practice.

The 2 days will be packed with innovative thought, movement expression, skill development, programming and application. All with the end goal of helping you become the best coach you can be and help others to get more carry over to the goals they want to achieve including: Athletic Performance (Land, Air, or Sea), General Health and Wellbeing, and current or even future fitness modalities you passionately explore.

Align Method Certification

Ask any strength coach, personal trainer or rehab specialist and they will tell you that trunk stability (or "core strength" as it is often called) is incredibly important. Despite this fact, trunk stability training is rarely the focus of programming and is often omitted all together. This is typically to a lack of understanding about trunk stability training in general. In this course, attendees will dig deep into trunk stability and leave the course with the knowledge and skills to properly assess and program trunk stability training in their athletes and patients.

Functional Kettlebell Training Certification

The 2-Day Functional Kettlebell Certification is reshaping what can be done with the kettlebell for you and your clients.

Traditionally the kettlebell is taught in one of two ways: hardstyle or competition style. The problem here is, of course, that many people enjoy or need more than one single option of how to use and be successful with a tool.

The FKT program teaches it’s participants how to use the kettlebell and ways that take advantage of its unique shape in the patterns: SQUAT | HINGE | LUNGE | PUSH | PULL | CARRY.

In this 16-hour certification course, attendees will master the fundamentals of kettlebell training, as well as be given a progression system to continually get more out of kettlebell training by knowing when and how to progress the drills to target specific muscles, improve strength, power or endurance, and coordination/athleticism.
