WE'RE BACK - BIGGER AND BETTER - We're running our 4th race simulation to test our race fitness ahead of HYROX NYC! Join us as a single athlete or with a partner as we complete a FULL HYROX race - all 8 stations and 8 runs.
SCHEDULE:
7:45am - announcements and course walk-thru
8:00am - first heat starts!
8:00am - 11:00am - heats go every 8 minutes
11:00am - pizza party begins and elite heat starts their race!
HOW TO SIGN UP (REQUIRES TWO STEPS FROM BOTH PARTNERS:)
- PAY FOR CLASS ON ONNIT WEBSITE: book the May 15 HYROX class either on the ONNIT Gym app, or at www.onnitgym.com/small-group-training (all athletes, including both doubles partners, must book here!)
- Members: $25
- Non-members: $50
- RESERVE YOUR HEAT TIME ON MOVEMINT:
- Reserve your heat time (on this page below!)
- If you do not reserve a heat time, you will be auto-assigned a time, likely near the end of the 8-12pm window. Both partners need to reserve their heat time and list their partner's name
HOW DO WE DO DOUBLES? Like HYROX Doubles, you will run together, and then split the stations up however you like (50/50, 75/25…)
MIXED DOUBLES - WHAT WEIGHT DO WE USE? Mixed doubles competes with the men's weight in every station. The only part of mixed doubles that differs from men's race is that women always throw wallballs to target height 9ft, men always throw to target height 10ft. But you throw the same men's wallball weight.
WHEN DO I SHOW UP? AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR HEAT TIME to check-in, understand the course order, and warm up. All athletes have full day access to our sauna, cold plunges, and recovery area including normatec boots and Inbody scans
