When you join our gym, we are just as committed to your success as you are and will do everything we can to get you there. All we ask of you is to simply show up ready to engage with the process!

About the Small Group Training Program

Our Small Group Training Program is a year-round comprehensive program that focuses on strength, conditioning, mobility, durability, body composition change, skill development, and more through a structured, periodized plan. With three 75-90 minute sessions per week, you will be able to crush your fitness goals safely, efficiently, and consistently. While the training is group focused, it is adaptable to every individual to suit your fitness and experience level. We will meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey and help you succeed from there!

Getting Started

The 2-Week Trial* is a great first step for any Onnit Gym newcomers. Over the course of the trial you will get to experience a snap shot of our comprehensive, results-driven Small Group Program. This program is a progressively structured routine focused on strength, metabolic conditioning, mobility/durability, body recomposition, and more! Upon conclusion of your trial, the Onnit Gym staff will help you determine the best path forward for your goals, training preferences, and exercise history!

The Onnit Gym is the 10,000 square foot flagship facility located adjacent to Onnit Labs Headquarters in Austin, Texas. This unique facility combines all of Onnit’s innovative, functional training equipment with the methodologies and highly trained personnel to provide you with unmatched performance.

With two uniquely outfitted training spaces, the Onnit Gym utilizes highly refined implements and effective training techniques to help you achieve maximum performance gains.
