Since 2007 I have helped facilitate the progress of clients and athletes of all abilities through coaching, management, and programming. By helping identify where you are and where you want to be I can help you find your best path to success.

My greatest assets as a coach is my ability to provide insight and support to a clients specific with my unique movement and massage background.

I am able to effectively communicate with clients and help them understand their capabilities along with their potential. By constantly building rapport and showing interest daily, I am able to keep clients invested.

I encourage more body awareness through my experience in mobility. Creating small changes in how you feel your body in space often translates into more effective movement patterns. I am here to help you move better so that you can enjoy the world outside of the gym.

I strive to make clients comfortable and design workouts to their specific needs.

My greatest asset as a coach is connecting with each individual and finding the way to move that works for you. I sincerely believe that everyone moves a little differently but can be coached to move well within their unique movement patterns.

Some people need to just show up and keep showing up consistently in order to feel the momentum needed in order to make change. I'd like to think I have the power to make it an easy and approachable decision for our members to keep showing up.

I take a total approach to my clients’ goals by considering all aspects of their life: from their physical limitations, diet, mindset, spiritual wellness, to their innate potential within all components.

My biggest asset as a coach is breaking down complex goals, and making them more simple & attainable, step by step. I like working with beginners in their fitness journey because there is so much to teach and they are easy to mold into an athlete with good workout habits.

My greatest asset as a coach is being able to teach all the unconventional tools we have at Onnit. I've been to every cert multiple times and helped teach several of them.

One of my greatest assets as a coach is my wealth of knowledge in different levels of fitness. I’ve competed at the highest levels - as a CrossFit Games athlete three years in a row and at several USA Olympic Weightlifting competitions.

My greatest asset as a coach is my coach's eye and response to misalignment or inefficient movement. I want your movements to be strong, safe, efficient, and intentful.
